RULES ABOUT RETURN PROCEDURE
If you received a damaged or wrong merchandise, we advise you to immediately contact our Customer Service within and no later than 1 week.
When shipping an item back for an exchange or refund, make sure that the the order number is included in the box. This allows our warehouse to process it faster.The return shipping costs are your responsibility.Please contact us before you return .
RULES ABOUT GOOD CONDITION
Your purchased item(s) are shipped brand new. All Items that you return to us must be in the same perfect conditions as they were received. All returned items must be in their original state and be unworn. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the manufacturer boxes and with all accessories .NOTHING MUST BE TAPED TO THE BOX.We are not responsible for what could happen to the returned items during shipment back: if we receive them damaged we will not accept the return.
NOTICE
All exchanges/returns must be requested by a return form no later than 7 business days after the product(s) have been received.You need pay us exchange/restocking fee when you exchange/return.
REFUNDS
Refunds are made within 1 weeks of the item reaching our warehouse. The reason for this time period is due to the International Online Banking System that we use.
